Katie enhances health and well-being through personal consultations, using Reiki healing, plant and flower essences and music upliftment. Using a combination of therapeutic products which include pure essential oils, flower essences, and herbal products, she creates a blend to anchor and support the individual’s intention. Additionally, through use of the Lucus Atomizer and gentle Reiki, she mists the aura for clansing and clarity. The customer is gifted with a complementary 15ml. bottle of personalized essence.

Weight Loss Skin Brushing and Body Wrap
Dry Skin Brushing before the body wrap removes dead skin cells from the surface of the skin; it increases blood circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system. This Body Wrap Formula will penetrate quickly and effectively. Our clients see a greater inch loss and increased circulation to the underlying tissues. Herbal Spa Wrap
Unwind from the stresses and tension of everyday life and segway to balance and harmony. This treatment loosens tense muscles, assists in the elimination of impurities and boost the immune system. Wraps also stimulate cellular regeneration, hydrate, nourish and replenish the skin. Our wraps begin with a gentle dry exfoliation with a therapeutic skin brush which prepares the skin for enhanced nutrient absorption. A layer of nutritious seaweed mud is applied along the spine, followed by a fragrant cocoon of hot towels infused with the antioxidant goodness of pure essential oils and green tea. Enjoy a pressure point face massage which enhances the serenity of the experience. Removal of the wrap is followed by an application of skin softening botanical oil.
